What type of channel letters can you produce?
We manufacture all types of channel letters up to a height of 30 feet. We can produce standard front-lit, reverse (halo-lit) and front-lit/halo-lit letters. On request, we will fabricate open face channel letters, however we no longer fabricate neon illumination due to its fragile nature and difficulty to ship. All of our channel letter types are illuminated with LED modules. We can also supply non-illuminated letters on request.
How long does it take for you to return an estimate?
Two to three days for basic channel letter and cabinet quotes. More involved quotes may take longer.
Where is your facility located?
We have three facilities in locations throughout the East coast.
What brand of LEDs do you use?
Our primary brand used in most of our letters and cabinets is Principal LED (www.p-led.com). We also build with Sloan and GE brands on request. If you require a different LED manufacturer for your project, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to accommodate your needs.
My customer would like a nonstandard color?
We use Matthews paint. We have on-premise mixing stations with access to formulas matching hundreds of paint systems and tens of thousands of colors. The odds are that we can match your color. Send us a Pantone color (coated) or other color code (Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, etc.) and we will cross reference it in our database. If it does not exist in our database, we will ask for a color swatch to match. All colors will be sprayed out on a 3” x 6” plate and sent to you for approval.
What type of materials do you use on your signs?
We use industry standard thicknesses of aluminum for returns , backs, and non-illuminated faces Our raceways are extruded aluminum. Acrylic is used for illuminated faces and illuminated backs in letters under 48” tall. All illuminated faces over 48” tall are polycarbonate.
Do you manufacture illuminated sign boxes?
Yes we do. We fabricate our basic boxes using extruded aluminum. Complex shaped boxes are stick built using aluminum sheet, angle, and tube. All corners are welded and ground smooth before painting.
What mounting methods are available for cabinets?
For wall cabinets, the cabinet will have gussets and mounting holes for your hardware. For pole signs, our cabinets come standard with an internal saddle to mount over your existing pole. Match plates and internal poles can be provided on request.
